Strategy: Slow the game down using tax effects (Like nethervoid), and then establish a depreciative boardstate using stax effects (like smokestack). Then, use Obeka's ability to skip your turn and therefore any undesirable triggers. It is important to note that you can order upkeep triggers however you want, and skip whatever you don't want. For example, you can allow Smokestack to get an additional counter, but skip your turn before you have to sac.
 
TLDR Strategy: Set the world on fire and hide until it's over.
 
Weaknesses: Mill proof decks. (I.e. a deck that possesses one or more shuffle titans in the 99) If you suspect an opponent has a card like this, be prepared before you hide with obeka to either exile graveyards, or to stifle the titans shuffle ability.
